Role : Product Owner  Role Description : Drives the vision for the software product that is to be built and maintained.# Serves as functional or client needs expert for software product.# In an Agile environment, work with the Scrum Master and other project management to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and return on investment; has a significant role in quality and is the only team member empowered to accept stories as complete                                                                                                                                         Must have Skills : SAP Hybris Commerce  Good to Have Skills :  Business Analysis,eCommerce Retail  Job Requirements : 1: Responsibilities   a Collaborate with Product owner to understand, shape and draft the requirements in form of  Epics and User Stories  b Manage and keep the product backlog up to date Clearly identify the internal and external dependencies   c Collaborate with the team and ensure they understand the requirement and also ensure that the development is happening in right direction to meet the acceptance criteria   d Should double as a functional tester  e Facilitate the demonstrations sessions  f Drive the Agile estimation sessions  g Drive the release planning sessions and arrive at MVP   2: Professional Experience  Must Have   a Ecommerce domain experience  b SAP Hybris Ecommerce functional min 5 years exp  c Agile BA experience  d Negotiation skills     Good to have   a CSPO certification  b Hybris Commerce functional certification   3: Personal Attributes   a Good collaborator  b Good analytical problem solving skills   c Good Communication skills   d Team player
